Food is tasty and always fresh. Dave is very friendly and great to work with. Using his meal preps has saved so much time and hassle on busy days and allowed me to still eat clean. I would highly recommend to family and friends.
Dave’s meal prep has saved me. I’m able to reach my goals with a busy work schedule. The food is so good and very macro friendly. I have been using this nonstop since I have found them. I rate them 10 out of 1 million. And he’s so convenient too. I will be bikini ready thanks to Daves meal prep!!!!!
⭐Dave's Meal Prep⭐ is truly a lifesaver for us! We have to travel to the Bronx to caregive for our parents and it is so difficult to access healthy food options while we are here. I am so thankful I found Dave's. We love the variety in the meals and they are actually delicious! My husband wanted to eat 2 meals back to back because he enjoyed it so much. The portion size is great. The local delivery is awesome and we love the quality packaging and bag the meals came in. We wish great success for this business!👍👍
My husband and I have been ordering Dave’s meals weekly for over two months, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of the food and how helpful it is for us to have ready-to-go, healthy meals in our fridge. Additionally, Dave is always very helpful, friendly and super responsive to any questions we have.
Customer service is on point! When you first order with Dave he follows up with you to make sure everything is good. Food is fresh and the way I see it you are spending less money than trying to figure out healthy meals. When I heated up my food coworkers are like that smells amazing. Portions are good and food is on point!! You also have the option to have it delivered or pack it up yourself. Try Dave's you won't regret it !
My go to meal prep company when im in NYC. Quality, freshness, flavor and price are all on point with this team. I recommend them if you are in the market for a Meal Prep company!
Dave’s meal prep is the best meal prep company I have tried. I always look forward to ordering every week because his food is always fresh. Not only the food is great, customer service is always on point. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.
10/10 for anybody looking for the right food to get into their best shape. Seamless website ordering, seamless delivery, & great tasting healthy food. Dave’s Meal Prep will become your go to meal prep company after your first order.
I've been going to dave's meal prep for a month now (4 weeks - 14 meal delivery) - they have very solid macros and more importantly, the food actually tastes good. It is better than factor75/cook unity/whatever you can think of not only on the macro side but on the taste factor as well. The owner actively reaches out to make sure everything is going well, and follows up for any subsequent delivery. As an experienced lifter who's currently focused on losing 10 lbs of weight within 3 months, I can confidently say that there is no better place to go to for meal prep/macro/dieting (or even bulking healthy) than dave's meal prep. The only exception is it's probably better to cook & prep it yourself but if you don't have the time, capacity, or tools to do so, then definitely look no further.
Dave’s Meal Prep service is an absolute lifesaver! The food is incredibly tasty, with a variety of combinations that keep things exciting—I never feel like I’m stuck eating the same thing over and over. The portion sizes are perfect, and the service is consistently reliable. On days when my energy is low or my schedule is packed, having these meals ready to go makes it so much easier to stay on track with delicious, wholesome food. Highly recommend to anyone looking for convenience without compromising quality!
